Rafaela Andolhe is a Post-Doctorate in the Post-Doctoral Researcher Program at the Faculty of Nursing of the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), in the Research Group on Health Behaviors, with a post-doctoral internship at the University of Laval, Quebec, Canada. Ph.D. in Nursing in Adult Health from the School of Nursing of the University of São Paulo (EEUSP) (2013), with a short-term internship at Andrés Bello University, Chile. Master's degree in Nursing (2009) and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM) (2006). Currently, She is a professor in the Nursing Department at the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM) and a permanent professor in the Postgraduate Program in Nursing (PPGEnf/UFSM). She is a researcher with the Work, Ethics, Health, and Patient Safety Research Group (GTESSP). She has experience in the area of medical-surgical nursing in adult health, working on the following topics: perioperative nursing, stress, burnout, coping, nursing workload, mental workload, patient safety, and health behaviors.
