Biography

Dr. Sheeron is an Assistant Professor who joined Jefferson College of Nursing in the Acute Care Gerontology Nurse Practitioner Program in September 2025. Prior to joining Jefferson, she was a full-time faculty at Temple University. She was the DNP Track Coordinator at Temple and taught in the Adult Gerontology Primary Care Program and the DNP Program. Dr. Sheeron has also taught both Graduate and Undergraduate classes at LaSalle University, Holy Family University, Gwynedd Mercy University, and Penn State University. Her current clinical practice includes orthopedic surgery and intensive care. Her prior clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner includes intensive care, Electrophysiology, and Cardiology. She graduated from Wilmington University with her DNP and LaSalle University with her BSN and MSN. She received her Post-MSN in AGAC from University of Pennsylvania.
