Nursing Care & Public Health Conference (NCC-2027) — Registration, Cancellation, Refund & Conference Credit Policy. Effective for NCC-2027, April 01, 2027 – April 02, 2027.
Thank you for registering for the Nursing Care & Public Health Conference (“NCC-2027”). We're committed to delivering a high-quality educational and networking experience for every participant. Please review this policy carefully before completing your registration — by submitting your registration and payment, you acknowledge that you've read, understood, and agree to be bound by it.
Registration for any NCC-2027 conference is a contractual agreement between the registrant and Nursing Care Conference (NCC-2027). Upon receipt of your registration and payment, NCC-2027 immediately begins allocating resources — speaker/attendee scheduling, venue planning, conference materials, catering, administrative processing, hotel reservations where applicable, event logistics, and staffing. Because these costs are incurred immediately, cancellation requests are subject to the terms below.
Registration fees are eligible for a refund only if both conditions are met: the request is submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of payment, and made more than sixty (60) calendar days before the conference start date. If either condition isn't met, the fee is non-refundable.
If a refund isn't available under Section 2, NCC-2027 may issue the amount paid as NCC-2027 Conference Credits, which:
Credits apply only to registration fees, not hotel or other third-party expenses.
Hotel accommodations are arranged with third-party hotels. Once arrangements are confirmed, hotel-related payments become non-refundable and are not eligible for conference credits — these payments are subject to NCC-2027's contractual agreements with hotel partners. Any exceptions are solely at the hotel's discretion.
Beginning 60 days before the conference, all commitments become final. No refunds or conference credits will be issued within that window (unless required by law), and registrants who don't attend (“No Shows”) aren't eligible for either.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to ncc@nursingcareconference.com, including your full name and registration confirmation number (if available). A request is only considered received once NCC-2027 acknowledges it in writing.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method — please allow 10–30 business days depending on your financial institution. NCC-2027 isn't responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or payment processors.
Unless otherwise approved by NCC-2027, registrations, conference credits, and hotel accommodations are all non-transferable.
NCC-2027 isn't liable for cancellations, postponements, or changes resulting from events beyond its reasonable control — natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, government restrictions, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, venue closures, utility failures, or transportation disruptions. In such cases NCC-2027 may reschedule, go virtual/hybrid, issue credits, or offer alternative arrangements at its discretion.
NCC-2027 reserves the right to modify dates, venue, schedule, speakers, workshops, and sessions. Such changes don't constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NCC-2027's total liability is limited to the amount actually paid for registration, and excludes indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (travel, airfare, hotel costs, lost income, etc).
This policy is governed by the laws of the state in which NCC-2027 is organized. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts.
NCC-2027 may amend, revise, or update this policy at any time. Any revised policy shall become effective immediately upon publication on the official conference website.
